Wood-fired heat. Ice-cold plunge. Community prices.
Come + join your sauna community.
Bristol Sauna Yard is a family-run, wood-fired Finnish sauna and ice bath space.
It’s intentionally rustic. Sauna shouldn’t be a luxury; it should be your weekly reset.

Using the sauna is about more than just heat - it’s relaxation, health, and connection. We recommend short rounds of 5-15 minutes inside, with breaks outside to cool down or take a plunge in the ice bath.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get changed and settled. Please note: if you’re late, we can’t extend your session time.
-
Bring two towels – one to sit on in the sauna and another to dry off afterwards.
Use water mindfully – check with others before pouring water on the stones and give the heat time to build. A few ladles go a long way.
Respect the atmosphere – this is a shared space. Keep conversation low and be mindful of others who may prefer a quieter session.
Rinse before the plunge – a quick shower helps keep the cold tanks fresh for everyone.
Aromatherapy – only use the sauna infusions provided by our team. Other oils can be unsafe on the stove.
Sober space – alcohol and sauna don’t mix. We keep the Yard alcohol-free.
Phone-free zone – no phones inside the sauna. Photos are welcome outside the cabin, but please ask permission first.
